Completion of Project
Back to NewsRRS Group has completed another significant six figure turnkey managed machinery relocation, heavy lifting and industrial site logistics project for a blue chip manufacturing client. The project which was meticulously planned and managed in it’s entirety by the RRS team was many months in duration and planned perfectly to meet critical milestones for our client. The management of manning levels, peak resource requirements and levelling off to suit the program as well as the management of specialist civil and roofing sub-contractors was carried out successfully by our experienced site and management team. Health & Safety was paramount and our robust SHEQ management processes ran throughout the project. RRS Group was the Principle Contractor under the CDM Regulations 2015.
