Factory Relocation for Major blue-chip food process client

RRS Group were chosen to manage the entire factory relocation project and act as Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations 2015. The project was approximately five months in duration and consisted of the dismantling and relocation of:
Mezzanine Platforms
Racking Removal
Dismantling of Palletisers
Removal of two Filling Lines
PCI Equipment Removal
Blow Moulding Line Removal
Blow Holding Line Removal
The machinery had destinations of UK plants and plants in Poland. We worked with the client and also the asset management team from the auctioneer. Some machinery was also scrapped and RRS handled this in it’s entirety including scrap bins, documentation, separation, proof of value and dealing with the nominated scrap merchant.
